INDUSTRIAS HORST, in order to minimize the risks involved in processing rice with different characteristics,
has developed the laboratory rice aging machine, which allows us to perform aging processes
equal to our rice aging machines of 7000 kg and 14700 kg in samples of 45kg and thus find the times
and appropriate temperatures that best fit for a correct aging process under the existing conditions
of the rice sample, which then will allow us to enter the recipe under the same parameters obtained from
the laboratory aging machine.
